CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN - ONE AT A TIME

Trying to control uncontrollable factors is a key cause of stress and unhappiness. You can't be all the things to all people, but you can take time for the most important commitments and take time to figure out what these are. Doesn't matter where you at, work or home, just think what of all that the most important one to focus on.. Instead of comparing stress loads with others, modify it by focusing on problem solving.
