Balance Diet

Someone text me how to jaga badan. How to maintain sihat? Maintain like me lagi nya. Wow!! Do i look really sihat? I mean do i look ok dari mata you? Macam mana kan diet permakanan seimbang bagi yang ingin loose weight. Espeically like you? - berapa kali makan nasi & etc. Like me, bila makan nasi sikit, esuknya naik.. udah timbangan..

Well.. well.. I pun like that. But i told myself, i woun't makan nasi everyday. So my brain inda makan nasi. Makan nasi sometimes only. I prefer fruits. Banana, tomatoes, labu, papaya, apples, and banyak eh.. must have fruits untuk snack. And when i said fruits, i buy banyak fruits and simpan depan tv. Table depan tv is good, so bila saja perut lapar, garb the fruit and makan. And dirnk green tea, plus water too. Banyak eh.

Perlu menjaga badan, bukan untuk seksi, kurus, or whatever, but untuk sihat. That's yang penting. So you can makan whatever you want, as long as you got limit. And psst.. jangan lupa exercise. Sambong lagi nanti. I got to now.. Didi taking over.
