NASI POWER!

Did you know dengan memakan nasi boleh menanangi rasa marah? Seriously..

Kajian membuktikan kandungan karbohidrat membantu membangkitkan perasaan senang.

Kajian juga membuktikan manusia yang diet rendah karbo for one year mengalami masalah kemurungan, kegelisahan dan mudah marah.

Boh...
