Nutrition - PREVENTION.COM

Very interesting hah. Now its 12.43pm and just watched The Devil Wears Prada with Katherine. Luqman plays pingpong in the other room. But now both of them in the mini library room, i think playing games. Ok, this is what i want to share with you, 80 ounces of water you lose each day just doing your normal routine..... So you need to eat food that can keep you hydrated in the heat. I got this from the August 2007 PREVENTION magazine.

"One large wedge of watermelon provides 9 ounces - more than 1 full cup - of water. (it's also an excellent source of cancer-fighting lycopene.) Other standouts : 1 c diced honeydew (5.4 ounces of water); 1 c sliced beets (5.2 ounces of water); 1 c cubed cantaloupe (5.1 ounces of water). " By getting plenty of fluid is the key to feeling energized, especially when it's hot out there.
