Keyboard shortcuts in Windows applications .
Crtl-S *saves a file
Ctrl -O *opens the file chooser dialogue box
Ctrl-W *closes the current window
Ctrl-P *opens the Print dialogue box
Ctrl-A * selects everything
Ctrl-C *copies what is selected t the clipboard
Ctrl-V *pastes what's in the clipboard to the current locations
Ctrl-N *starts new document in most applications.
Consult the Help menu of individual applications to see which other keyboard shortcuts are supported... Wow!!!
