RUGBY..

Baru tah ari ani dapat blog. I'm mad a bit. Lots of things came up. Mana atu mana ani. Well someone is getting married on 888. Nice... I smiled saja. Anyway, last night, entah apa angin i was upset, but still jalan jua bawa rasa.

Bawa Luqman along.. And then we went to the stadium, lampu banyak marak ani bah, wonder jua. Round the area, ada main hockey, indoor not sure what's happening, inda transparent, and round lagi belapan got main rugby. Wah Luqman wanted to watch it. Tapi nya, seluar short nya koyak ani bah.... Balik lah home and change and went lagi ke Padang Belapan.

Its nice to see that Luqman enjoyed it last night. In my heart kata, cani tah kali rasa nya indung laki bawa anak anak laki laki dorang meliat bola lah.. meliat sukan kah or whatever game... I don't usually go, meliat di kaca tv yes, but not live. But now, Luqman open my eyes.. And very interesting. One good thing when you have a child kan.. the help you to see more of life because they are your life... Wonderful...

Okay so i guess half way main dah. But Luqman seems to enjoyed it. Macam macam cakapnya... ramai orang berteriak-teriak. Tapi yang banyak berteriak-teriak mostly suara perempuan. Laki-laki biasa lah..huh..hu.. OOOO... haha.. macam macam. Sampai ada lah perkataan yang di gunakan untuk berteriak atu, like nada to do with the game at all... ada perkataan KAMU PALOI.. ada tia PALOI KAU, RANGKA KAU NOMBOR..... macam macam ada. Oh.. gambar di bawah ani, this man in orange baju, actually smoke dua batang cig. How i know, Luqman gamit me and tutup hidung nya.. Mami.. ada orang smoking... Well, boleh kah?? I mean, rah sports complex like that, where orang awam duduk, with all the children there too?? Em.. Just asking..

PS. recorded when the game was still on.. Luqman said to me.."mami.. she used the P word..." .. Penyokong keluar perkataan STUPID MAN lah.. P for PALOI lah.. Bkn ***** lah... Sama jua ceta nya lah.... Woa..OOOO.. sekali this girl said inda sampai lah.. nya laki laki atu sampai kali ah.. kau saja nda sampai...he.he... Luqman nampak laki laki di depan nie pakai spendad peach... He usik me.. mami mami.. liat tu laki laki ah.. pakai spendat peach..(and in my mind, i thought bini bini saja pakai jeans yang ketat, sampai tekeluar seluar dalam or may be sampai tampikan jubur atu nampak.. he.he.. rupanya ada jua laki laki.. oh well.,,) Oh.. nombor 10 out.. kena suroh dudok toh..

Ada lagi satu kaum atu menyumpah yumpah satu kaum lain, yang duduk di hujung ku ada dua orang laki laki and satu bini bini, and kaum **** then yang bini bini berteriak paloi kau bukan *****... Wah.. ani labih sudah ni bini bini ani.. (berkata dalam hati ku..) Orang dapan kami pun tarus berlirik mata, like barangkali dalam hati dorang pun berkata.. So laki laki yang duduk with the bini bini atu cakap dalam bahasa nya, and then like laki laki atu malu. After first half break, dorang jalan tia. Like i can rasa laki laki atu malu kali... Bini bini atu tarus emosi..

Luqman apa lagi berteriak jua, tapi inda jua nyaring... sekali me gamit ia, then nya arah me, enjoy saja mami.. ha.ha.. dalam hati ku, anak ani banar.. so i senyum lah saja. Inda he knows mana kan di sokongnya, we go for blue color. Lawan nya yang grey. But kalah oleh grey blue, em... BLUE 19 / GREY 25. Oh rupanya at the end of the game, ada something special.. ha.ha.... like yang menang bediri di depan yang di kalahkan.. and entah ah.. like showing their ethnic tarian for rugby kali...Ha.ha.a.. i don't know what's its called... nie di bawah ah..

Just that i have been changing my purse, worried i loose em.. so i just print in here in the blog.. Oh well.. Just words can give you semangat.. PAP SMEAR - THE TEST

All woman need to have a check up once a year for a PAP SMEAR. When was the last time you have yours done? Like a car, go for service every 10,000 miles kan, for us woman, well.. if you are 35 and above, best to to it once a year. I did mine today. And well its been 4 years. Now the doctor ask me to go for a check up once a year. As you age gracefully.. yes.. you need to do that to avoid whatever it is that can cause cancer.

If the symptoms ada, its okay, but if nada symptoms, lagi bahaya. Dalam diam kan.. so, then the doctor will advice you and give you treatment. But that is for the early detection saja. I don't like it but have to do it. For your own good. I am healthy all and all and just have to wait for the test to come back in a week. Breast check included when you do a PAP SMEAR.

I asked the doctor, the rate of people who have cancer in Brunei.. from Breast and Cervical. Quite an increase and its scarry to hear it even if you're healthy, and you think you're healthy, need not to go for a check up, well.. bad news the doctor was shock when she got the result from a healthy 39 year old woman.. But all was done so fast, and treated so fast on the early stage, luckily she is fine now... Amazing kan..

So, its good to know, weather you're healthy or not, still nee to go for a check up. PAP SMEAR and BREAST. If dari keturunan, in the family, close family, got cancer, then you got to be very careful. I asked why all this happen... and the answer from the food you eat, and not exercising. Obesity is one of the factor too.. So be very careful... In Brunei, the woman barangkali ada yang not sure about what to do, PAP SMEAR?? Important kan tu??? Aku healthy jua, inda payah tah PAP SMEAR.. Well... tha is so wrong.

In 2004 my weight was 51kg. The last time i have my medical check up was 56kg. Now i am 54kg.. ha.ha.... No wonder i can still fit into some of my pants. Yes, when i was 19 to 25, i can wear size 23. My waist was just so small... Oh well... now ha.ha...

Funny how our body changes as our age change... The shoes size used to be 5, then 6, then 6 1/2, then 7 after giving birth, and now.. i can wear 7 1/2 to 8.. All depends with the design. So again.... being healthy is important to me....

I went to a Private Clinic in Gadong for a PAP SMEAR and it cost me about B$60 for a check up. all and all i paid B$90.00 with some medicine given to me.. he.he.e.. The result be send to Singapore i think, coz last time yes, there, and will get the result earliest in a week. I told the girls there to remind me for my next PAP SMEAR..

Just some info from the net. Now, if you already know about this, share it with other girls jua lah.. Jangan diam diam saja, let them know about PAP SMEAR.. Educate them together.. lets do that..


Cancer of the cervix (cervical cancer) is the second most common cause of cancer-related disease and death among women worldwide. The best way to detect cervical cancer is by having regular Papanicolaou tests, or Pap smears. (Pap is a shortened version of the name of the doctor who developed the screening test.) A Pap smear is a microscopic examination of cells taken from the cervix.

A Pap smear can detect certain viral infections (such as human papillomavirus [HPV]) and other cancer-causing conditions. Early treatment of these conditions can stop cervical cancer before it fully develops. A woman may have cervical cancer and not know it because she may not have any symptoms.


Risks factors for cancer of the cervix include the following:

**Multiple sexual partners (or sexual partners who have had multiple partners)
**Starting sexual intercourse at an early age

Viral infection, such as HPV, human

immunodeficiency virus (HIV), or herpes simplex virus (HSV)
**Weakened immune system
**Previous cancer of the lower genital tract
**Smoking

Cervical cancer screening is recommended yearly starting when women are aged 18 years, or when they become sexually active if younger than 18 years. Physicians may screen a woman less frequently if she had negative Pap smear results 3 years in a row or is not sexually active.

The Pap smear procedure is not complicated or painful. The only risk is not detecting cervical cancer in time to treat and cure it.


Pap Smear Preparation

The best time to have a Pap smear is when the woman is not menstruating. A woman could ask for a female doctor if that would make her feel more comfortable.

For 2 days before the test, avoid the following because these might hide any abnormal cells:

**Intercourse
**Douches
**Vaginal medications (except as directed by your doctor)
**Vaginal contraceptives such as birth control foams, creams, or jellies

Just before simpang LUMUT, on the road side if you are on the way to KB it would be on your left... B$5.oo saja satu ikat. I bought 3 ikat tadi. Gave one to the nurses in MIRI for them untuk break tea, and gave one to the next door neighbour at GrandMa's. Got so many children di sana, and the children would probably enjoy it more. I got satu ikat for myself and tomorrow rabus or steam, then i will kasi half to my Grandma's..

This was tadi nie.. on the way to miri. I know they close not selling afternoon. Only pagi saja.. coz last time, i waited until i balik from MIRI and they're gone. But today, i just have to stop and buy the jagong... Reasonable price. And guess what, kan my late father used to teach in MAKTAB SAINS in Jalan Muara, when i was only 3 or 4 kali tu.. and i remember he used to tell me, kalau kan betanam jagong, gigi mesti perfect. If the gigi rumpang, then rumpang rumpang tia jua jagong atu.. but if the gigi besar besar, then same goes to the jagong. I asked him once and never ask again if it were true.

So tadi, i got a chance to ask the ladies about that.. And one of them said, inda jua semestinya.. because she have been betanam jagong for 10 years.. Amazing kan. So i got it confirmed from that ladies atu.. inda jua semestinya... So betanam lah if you have green hand.. Makes extra income...

I heard over the news from SARAWAK FM.. that the Gov't memberi green light to orang orang Perkhidmatan Awam to have license untuk bisnes kecil kecilan. That is for untuk menyara eknomi keluarga yang masa ani tidak mencukupi dengan harga barang naik. So.. that's a good news. Well for me, i am happy. I myself going to start business kecil-kecilan too ... So i like that idea. Bukan saja mengharap gaji yang diterima every month, but with that little extra work, why not..

Oh on the 28/29 June 2008, PESTA GEGAR OLYMPIC RTM 2008.. Tempat letak kereta BOULEVARD. Mula as awal as 9am to 11pm. Lot of activities such as hiburan, ujibakan, something about badminton, sepak takraw.. and lots more.. So guys, if you have no where to go, want to gempak kan lagi the PESTA.. why not... Menimba pengalaman sambil berkongsi Ilmu..

That was yesterday. Full of surprises.. Yesterday i worked from 10-2pm.. no comment... i had fun. Its amazing how people around us wore invisible mask on their face. Hehe... sometimes you woun't even realize it, but sometimes you do. You have to wear the mask yourself too to protect you... Oh well... I had fun yesterday.
