Legislative Council ChamberAll tours are free of charge. Free public tours of Melbourne's Parliament House are conducted three times a day when Parliament is not sitting. Parliament House has been the seat of the Parliament of Victoria since 1855 except for the years 1901 to 1928 (Parliament of Australia).
The meeting place of the Victorian Government, Parliament House is one of Melbourne's best known landmarks.
